Traditional Festivals and Food

 

The organisation observes various Traditional Festivals of Eastern Odisha, during the different calendar months in a year for our national and international tourists.

It prepares different Traditional Special Food on the festival days in front of our guests through live cooking system, which our guests enjoy a lot.

Besides the organisation, prepare Traditional Lunch, Dinner and Traditional tea etc. of Eastern Odisha for our visitors, which are generally consumed by the villagers normally.

Traditional festivals are Raja , Dusshera , Dipawali, Ganesha Puja,Saraswati Puja, Jhullana Yatra, Gamhan Purnima, Chitau Ammabasya, Khudurukoni Osha, Champaka Dwadashi, Ashoka Astami, Radhastami, Sabitri Amabasya, Pana Sankranti, Makar Sankranti, Dola Purnima, Akhya Trutiya etc.

Traditional Lunch generally consist of Usuna Bhata, Machha tarkari, Dalema, Bhaja, Saga, Badi chuna etc .

Traditional Dinner generally consist of Usuna Bhata & Machha Tarkari, Ruti Khira & Bhaja.

Traditional Tea is made of Coconut milk.
